The festival is a member of both the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations, and The Touring Network.
We bring a diverse range of cultural events to Paisley, featuring : Art, Drama, Jazz, Opera, Classical Music, Spoken Word, and more.

Building audiences in Renfrewshire and encouraging audiences from further afield to visit the area's historic attractions, places to eat and drink, and of course to see and hear the best in the performing and visual arts drawn to the area for our events and annual festival.

I dream, do you?
It's the natural thing to do.
Dreams have not limits, there's wrongs and rights,
You can live a lifetime in the short hours of the nights.
Dreams of love, hate, and fear,
Some are vague and some are clear.
We dream of reaching for the stars,
We dream the future from where we are.
Good dreams do come true,
And they are custom made for me and you

Robert Tannahill (poem "Dreams")
